By accessing or using EtsyBoost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

EtsyBoost provides AI-powered listing optimization tools for Etsy sellers, including:

• Listing audits analyzing 13+ ranking factors with actionable fix recommendations
• AI-generated content rewrites for titles, tags, and descriptions
• Compliance scanning for banned words, IP risks, and policy violations
• Weekly health reports and shop-level analytics
• A Chrome browser extension for one-click listing analysis

You must create an account to access most features. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@etsyboost.app of any unauthorized access
• Not create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits

EtsyBoost offers three plans:

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (20% discount). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. All billing is processed securely through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your account settings.

We want you to be satisfied with EtsyBoost:

• 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — no questions asked
• After 7 days: annual plans receive a prorated refund; monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime
• Refund requests should be sent to support@etsyboost.app
• Note: Stripe processing fees are non-refundable on refunded transactions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience
• Create multiple accounts to bypass free tier limitations
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

Content generated by our AI tools — including optimized titles, tags, and descriptions — is provided as suggestions only. Important disclaimers:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before applying it to your Etsy listings
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your search rankings, traffic, or sales
• AI suggestions are based on general SEO best practices and may not account for your specific niche or market conditions
• You should verify that all generated content complies with Etsy's current policies before use
• We are not liable for any listing removals, account warnings, or penalties resulting from the use of AI-generated content

EtsyBoost is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a registered trademark of Etsy, Inc. Your use of EtsyBoost does not create any relationship between you and Etsy beyond your existing Etsy seller account. Etsy may change their platform, API, or policies at any time, which may affect the Service's functionality.

All content, design, code, and trademarks of EtsyBoost are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your listing data and any content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the requested features. AI-generated content created through the Service is yours to use freely.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETSYBOOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Listing removals, account suspensions, or penalties on Etsy
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
• Actions taken by Etsy or other third parties

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you should discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
